Natural rosé wine made from three types of Grenache. Sweet on the palate, it has a playful sweetness that is ultimately a mirage. Strawberries, cherries, red apple, fresh figs? The silkiness of Terra Alta in a sip. Organic farming without added sulfites.
Very poor, sandy and limestone soils, located at an altitude of 780 m. in the Duero Valley. Light but fresh, complex and good mouthfeel, with typical notes of the variety such as strawberry, cherry, jasmine and menthol.
Made as claret being 100% Tempranillo. After a short maceration it is "bled" and as soon as fermentation begins, it is transferred to barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and remains until bottling.
The best of a unique terroir. Exceptional rosé from the Côte de Provence. Parcel production of very limited quantity that every year collects international awards and recognitions. Elegance, balance and flavor, supported by a noble minerality that gives it a fantastic freshness.
Following the lunar and biodynamic calendar, Ismael Gozalo creates this original rosé, which has nothing to do with others and leaves no one indifferent. A natural and very fruity rosé, to drink with friends and enjoy the experience
When a rosé wine is made, the contribution of color from the skins is stopped when a red wine is vinified. A "claret" wine also has a good proportion of white grapes, so that a wine with little color is obtained.
